Im sure "where are all the good men?" is on googles top ten asked questions! You laughed because you're like "omg I've totally googled that!" Really tho? who girl hasn't! Who girl hasn't dated some jerk or had months of disappointing dates? As a stylist this is one of the top conversation I have with many of my clients ranging from all ages. The answer to your question is that your Mr Right will come when you yourself are a Ms. Right. See on the other side of the table there is Mr Right looking for a Ms Right. So tell me what are you looking for in your future mate "Well Anna he has to be good looking, in shape, hilarious, kind, successful and smart!" Ironically your perfect mate is also looking for those type of qualities. So before you start looking into google maps of all the places where all this good men are located ask yourself if you see all those qualities in yourself.
To help you out let me ask you a couple of questions.
Do you have a good relationship with your family?
Do you find yourself physically healthy?
Do you have a passion for your work?
Are you financially stable?
Are you doing things on a daily basis to achieve your longterm goals?
Are the girlfriends you spend time with good girlfriends?
Are you happy?
The last question is really important because if you aren't feeling truly happy odds are its because one of the above questions you have said no to. "I do not have a good relationship with my family. I do not have a passion for my work. Im not financially stable. I have lots of friends but some I know for a fact talk behind my back." There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of that. Everyone has problems and this questions are one of the reasons why so many people wake up unhappy. The good news is that all of this is also in your control! Thats right you can change all of this! It wont be easy but its also not impossible! The only thing that is stopping you is not the difficult circumstances your up against, but you. If you really don't want it you won't put 100% in it and when things get tough you will quit and give up.
So start today! Start with the relationships of your love ones send them a text. Put time and effort for your family instead of flaky friends!
If there are health conditions that aren't in your control don't let them be a burden that ruins the good things that you still have been blessed with. Ive met so many people with disabilities that have accomplished more in a year than a men who has non in a lifetime.
So many people think they need to spend lots of money to be healthy and that is absolutely just an excuse! You have priorities in life so rather than spending money on something you very well don't need and can live with out. Spend your hard earn money on something your life depends on. Thats right healthy food! People thats your healthy body you were blessed with, you have the choice to keep it healthy to make it healthier and do unbelievable things with it!
Have a clear vision of what you want your future to look like is you first step. Make a plan and work on it daily! 5 years will pass no matter what so make those 5 years worth it! You can truly have it all ! You just have to want it and work everyday to get you there!
When you have a great relationship with your close ones you see the world differently. This will help you be a more compassionate person and seeing how amazing your love for your family is will encourage you to want that for others. You will be more generous and less judgmental. Overall you will truly be a kind person.
Being financially stable doesn't mean filthy rich. It means you aren't spending more than you can afford. Paying your bills on time having an excellent credit score staying organized with your finances is what you want to aim for. Being financially stable means you are aware of how and what you are spending and that you are saving money along the way. This qualities will make you a very responsible person which is a main ingredient to success.
When all of this elements are in check you will notice all sorts of great opportunities come your way. You have eliminated negative people in your life and you will be glowing with confidence and a positive vibe. You will be smiling more and that genuine smile will travel in the speed of light and will reach and touch many people that will see that amazing soul in you. You will know what you are worth because you know that what you do on a daily basis is not what the average person does. So now your standard are higher and you aren't insecure and you will not tolerate people who don't treat you right. Im not saying Mr Right will suddenly appear behind the bushes! You will have to put yourself out there but now you have the tools to putting yourself out there in the right places.
Why? because when you reach for the moon you will find yourself with others who are doing the same and before you know it you will reach it and will only be surrounded by stars and your only options will be stars!
So no more googling "where are all the good men" and more googling of how I can make myself a better me! Before you know it you will be googling "How do I pick from all the good men Ive been meeting its so difficult to decide!! So many good men! So little time!" #MsRightProblems
