4 weeks of Intermittent Fasting

I hope you guys liked my video on IF, and just like I promise Im gonna blog all about the juicy details of my diet. I've kept my 6 hour eating window more like 7 hours. Baby steps are better than no steps, right? Indeed!  So here it is the Diet Plan, and Workout Plan.


                                                 WORKOUTS

The Gym Flow Is Real
 I typically workout early in the morning while Im fasting. The first week was really hard to do this since I literally felt like I had no energy. Things have definitely changed because now I seriously feel so energetic in the morning and have been killing it at the gym. My workouts are always super intense. I mean I freaking beast mode each and every set, each and every step on that mother of all mothers step master. When those Beats By Dres are on I'm completely zoned out and focused! I follow the typical two muscle workouts a day and I finish it with a couple of sets that works my whole entire body. I squat everyday and when its leg day I usually lift a lot heavier then my non leg days. I want to achieve the hourglass type of body. I want fuller legs big booty action with a tiny lean upper body. Im also a believer of the healing power of Hot Yoga. Its my church its my sanctuary its my soul cleansing goodness. I believe one of the main factors why I've been feeling more focused and more in control of my food addiction is yoga. The reason why I decided that my next blog post should be all about the magic and power that Hot Yoga beholds. 

                                                                                DIET

 Im eating all the veggies you can imagine! Best advice I can give you is to simply Google what kind of veggies are in season in your area and try them all! Seasonal veggies will be fresher and cheaper! Oh hello! your bank account will love you and your body will too! Lots of fruits and just like the veggies  I try to get the ones that are in season. For the veggies and and fruits that aren't in season but I just can't live without I get them frozen. I go to stores where their frozen veggies and fruits are organic as well.
For my protein im eating lentils, beans, mushrooms, seafood, and organic eggs.  Thats right absolutely no red meat or chicken or turkey. I also use vegan protein on my smoothies at times where I dont have time for a meal.
For my carbs I do quinoa, steel cut oats
For my fats I do avocados, nuts, coconut oil,  I do not eat a lot of nuts but I do eat a lot of avocados pretty much in all of my meals I have either half or a whole avocado.
I do use stevia for my coffee.
Im drinking a gallon of water a day.
I take gummy bear multivitamins daily too. (p.s whoever created vitamins in gummy bear form is a genius!!)

                                                               CHEAT MEAL
I have one naughty meal once a week and it pretty much consist of chocolate and bread ! I swear the next day my workouts are like double intense and I make sure I drink a bit more then a gallon of good refreshing H2O and do a whole day of juicing too. 

  This past week I went to Vegas and it felt so good to go shopping for some cute dresses that all fit so well. I felt so confident and beyond happy. I wasn't just happy because I could fit in this tiny little dresses but that I didn't touch alcohol and stuck with my eating plan and had the best time of my life!
4 WEEKS OF IF
NOTICING MUSCLE DEFINITION IN MY MY LEGS!! 
 Our bodies all work differently and what works for me might not work for you. The one thing that we all have in common is that the less process foods you consume and the more active you are the healthier you are gonna be. The biggest wealth that you will ever posses is your health and the older you get the harder is going to be to cut out bad habbits. So if you are wanting to start a new healthier you don't start tomorrow or the next day do it right now! Lets build a community where we help one another to be healthier. I encourage you to google your local farmers market and buy locally. Every purchase is a vote for local fresh foods to keep supplying and one less vote for GMO crap evil addicting good for nothing junk!
